By downloading, accessing, or using Reset, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. App Purpose
Reset is a wellness and emotional clarity tool. It is provided for informational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for professional care.
3. Eligibility and Use
You agree to use Reset only in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse, copy, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its services.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5. Intellectual Property
The app, website content, branding, text, design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. No Warranty
Reset is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, or compatibility with every device or operating system version.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Reset.
8. Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Reset at any time. We may also update these Terms, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or if the service is discontinued.
