These Terms of Service govern your use of the SubVault application and associated website. By using SubVault, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the App
SubVault is intended to help users organize and monitor recurring subscriptions and subscription spending. You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly.
2. Purchases
Premium features may be available through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment, refund and billing policies.
3. User Data
You are responsible for the information you enter into SubVault. While we strive to provide accurate calculations and reminders, you remain responsible for verifying subscription dates, prices and payment obligations.
4. Availability
We aim to keep SubVault available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted service. Features may change or improve over time.
5. Intellectual Property
SubVault, including its design, branding, graphics and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute or reverse engineer the application except where permitted by law.
6. Disclaimer
SubVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The app is designed as a personal productivity tool and should not be considered financial, accounting or legal advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of SubVault after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
