SubVault is designed to help you track subscriptions, renewals, spending, and personal subscription insights. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

SubVault may allow you to enter subscription names, prices, renewal dates, categories, notes, and related details. This information is used only to provide the app’s subscription tracking features.

2. Local-First Design

SubVault is designed with privacy in mind. Your subscription data is stored on your device unless a feature provided by Apple, such as device backup or iCloud syncing, stores it according to your Apple settings.

3. No Account Requirement

SubVault does not require you to create a SubVault account to use the core app experience.

4. No Sale of Personal Data

SubVault does not sell your personal information.

5. Purchases and App Store Processing

If SubVault offers paid access or in-app purchases, payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. SubVault does not receive your full payment card details.

6. Analytics and Diagnostics

Apple may provide developers with aggregated analytics or crash diagnostics depending on your device settings. These reports help improve app reliability and performance.

7. Third-Party Services

SubVault may rely on Apple services for app distribution, purchases, and device-level functionality. Any information handled by Apple is governed by Apple’s own policies and your device settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

SubVault is not intended to collect personal information from children.

9. Data Control

You can manage or delete subscription information directly inside the app where supported. You may also remove the app from your device to delete locally stored app data, subject to any backups or synced copies managed by your device settings.
