You can manage or cancel your subscription on your device:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
1) Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using LetGo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the app.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country (typically 16+ in the EEA) or use the app with parental permission where allowed by law. You are responsible for your device and for keeping it secure.
3) Description of the Service
LetGo provides emotional-wellbeing tools including EFT tapping sessions, mood tracking, goals, and affirmations.
The app is designed for self-help and relaxation only and does not replace professional mental-health care.
4) Subscriptions, Trials & Payment
- Free Trial: A 3-day free trial may be offered. After the trial, your chosen plan renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Auto-Renew: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- Billing: Payment is handled by Apple via your Apple ID. We do not process payments directly.
- Manage/Cancel: Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Price Changes: Prices or offerings may change. Apple will notify you where required; continued use after notice means acceptance.
- Refunds: Refunds (including trial conversions) follow Apple’s refund policies. Please request them through Apple.
5) Acceptable Use
Do not use LetGo in any way that:
- Violates laws or regulations
- Infringes on others’ rights or privacy
- Harms, harasses, or misleads others
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the app
- Circumvents access controls, paywalls, or device security features
6) Intellectual Property & License
Unless stated otherwise, all content, features, and design in LetGo are owned by Eva Madarasz.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-approved devices.
7) Health & Safety Disclaimer
LetGo is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
If you have mental-health or medical concerns, seek help from a qualified professional.
If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services (e.g., 112 in the EU/EEA, 911 in the US).
8) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period, to the extent permitted by law.
9) Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. LetGo does not collect personal data directly in-app.
- Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple.
- User-generated data (e.g., moods, notes) is stored locally on your device unless you enable backups via your Apple settings.
- For data deletion requests (GDPR/CCPA) related to purchases, email us with subject “LetGo Data Deletion Request” and include the Apple ID used. Some records may be retained as required by law.
10) Third-Party Services
LetGo may rely on Apple or platform-level services (e.g., in-app purchases, backups). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
11) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above will always show the latest version. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
12) Governing Law
Unless a different mandatory law applies in your country, these Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13) Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
